Regurgitation 2 or more times per day for three or more weeks
No retching, hematemesis, aspiration, apnea, failure to thrive, feeding or swallowing difficulties, or abnormal posturing.
Daily regurgitation is most present in the first 4-6 months2
Ask parents to create a diary in order to track/identify episodes.
REGURGITATION: the passage of refluxed gastric contents up to the pharynx or mouth, which is sometimes expelled (spitting up)1,2
